Koolpte astronomical telescopes and their original included accessories are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and other non-customer-caused product failures that occur during normal use within the warranty period.

After reviewing an eligible claim, Koolpte may provide replacement parts, replacement accessories, or another appropriate warranty solution to resolve the covered issue.

What Is Not Covered

• Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
• Damage caused by drops, impacts, collisions, crushing, or other accidental or intentional physical damage
• Damage or failure caused by incompatible or non-original third-party accessories
• Water or moisture damage caused by improper use or storage
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or operation contrary to product instructions
• Cosmetic scratches, paint wear, or other appearance changes that do not result from a manufacturing defect
