Return & Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact our support team within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to start a return or exchange request. Any requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted. Please reach out to our support email first for all return-related inquiries.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Unauthorized returns without prior confirmation from our support team will not be accepted.
All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days after item delivery.
All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original brand-new condition, with all original factory packaging, telescope accessories, boxes, and tags intact. A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required.
Customers must use a trackable shipping method for all return or exchange shipments.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
Damaged, lost, or broken items caused by improper customer use, installation, self-disassembly or man-made damage are non-refundable and non-returnable.
General Return Process
Initiate a Return
Please email our support team with your order number and clear photos/videos of the telescope item. Our customer service will review and confirm your return eligibility within 3 business days.
Ship The Item Back
If your return request is approved, we will send you the official return address and detailed shipping instructions.
Note: Unauthorized returns without our confirmation will be rejected. We highly recommend using a trackable and signature-required shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages during transit.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned telescope, we will process your replacement exchange or full refund within 3–5 business days.
Return Shipping Charge & Restocking Fee
If the return is caused by our error (wrong item shipped, defective quality, product not as described), we offer a full refund and cover related shipping costs.
If the return is for personal reasons (no longer needed, wrong model ordered, personal dislike), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Restocking Fee Statement: We do not impose any restocking fees on eligible returns for any reason, including change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 working days.
If you do not receive the refund within 2–3 working days, please check your bank or credit card account first. Refund processing may take additional time for banks to post officially. If the issue remains unresolved, feel free to contact our support team anytime.
Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
We allow full order cancellation and full refund only if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours and the order has not been processed, packed, or dispatched by our warehouse.
Any cancellation request submitted after 24 hours of ordering will not be accepted, regardless of whether a tracking number has been generated or not. Once our warehouse begins processing, packing, or handing over the package to the logistics carrier, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation.
1-Year Warranty Policy (Telescope & Accessories)
We provide 1-Year Full Warranty for all our astronomical telescopes and original supporting accessories (including eyepieces, finderscope, tripod, mount, filter, lens cover and other original parts).
Within the warranty period, non-artificial damage of telescope or original accessories can enjoy free replacement parts or free accessory re-delivery service.
Man-made damage is not covered by warranty and free replacement, including but not limited to:
Disassembling the telescope or accessories privately without professional guidance;
Artificial dropping, collision, extrusion causing shell, lens or internal parts crack;
Using non-original third-party accessories that result in equipment failure or damage;
Water ingress, damp corrosion caused by improper manual storage;
Scratches, paint peeling and component damage caused by improper manual operation.
