Where can you deliver?
Currently, Koolpte products are available for delivery to the United States only. For shipping to other regions, please contact our customer service for more details.
When will I receive my order?
Generally, orders shipped to the US will be delivered within 2–7 business days after order processing.
We normally need 1–3 business days to prepare and pack your order. Please wait patiently if you have not yet received your shipping confirmation email.
If any issue occurs with your parcel, we will contact you within 5 business days.
Please allow extra delivery time during holidays or big promotional periods due to possible shipping delays.
For international orders outside the US, delivery time depends on shipping distance. Standard delivery takes 10–30 business days.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped out.
We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but we are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We will try our best to notify you in advance of any unexpected delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and full order details.

Taxes and other charges
Depending on your destination country, you may be required to pay additional local fees including VAT, import duties or other customs charges.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Koolpte purchase, you may return the item within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for return (excluding sample items), all products must be brand new, unused, and kept in original resalable condition.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Once your return package is received and verified, we will arrange your refund immediately.
Please note: It may take 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
If you paid by credit card, the refund may take longer, usually 1–2 weeks.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any customs taxes or additional fees paid by the customer are also non-refundable.
