Payment must be successfully authorized or completed before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders affected by obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or material errors.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has entered warehouse processing.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, resale abuse, inventory issues, or pricing errors.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellation is only available if:
The request is submitted within 24 hours, and
the order has not entered warehouse processing, packing, or fulfillment.
Once warehouse processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
7. Shipping
Koolpte currently ships through koolpte.com to addresses within the United States only.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
After shipment, estimated delivery generally takes approximately 2–7 business days.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns & Refunds
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Opened or used products may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds are generally processed by Koolpte within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Additional processing time may be required by banks or payment providers.

9. Limited Warranty
Eligible Koolpte astronomical telescopes and their original included accessories are covered by an express 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original purchase date.
The warranty applies subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in our Warranty Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
It generally covers eligible manufacturing defects and failures under normal intended use.
It does not cover misuse, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or repair, improper installation, liquid damage, normal wear and tear, or other customer-caused damage.
10. Accuracy of Information
Information on our website is provided for general shopping, product, instructional, and support purposes.
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current information, minor errors or outdated information may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when necessary.
